Olga Someras has extensive experience representing clients in landlord-tenant court, Supreme Court, the Appellate Term and Appellate Division, and in administrative proceedings before DHCR and HPD.
Ms. Someras earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007. While at Georgetown, she dedicated her last year to performing pro bono work defending low-income and/or elderly homeowners and tenants. Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Someras moved back to New York, where has worked for two large landlord-tenant law firms as well as associate in-house counsel for a property management company, until she decided to start her own practice.
A lifelong New York City resident, Ms. Someras earned a B.A. from New York University in 2004. She is a native speaker of both English and Greek, with a conversational understanding of Italian. Her interests include ancient languages, playing piano and guitar, reading and political discourse.
